I'm going to need to rebuild. If you followed @RedTRaccoon, I would love it if you followed again.
If you already follow this account, I would appreciate a retweet to help spread the word that I'm here, @RedTRaccoonV2.

We can all use a little music, conversation and community these days.
And now I’ve poured myself and am more or less scream-singing the Kinks’ “Lola” in my living room.
Pop by Instagram to the @thesecondstreetband feed if you’re in the mood to hang out and listen to some music in our virtual bar and grill.
Sweet moment... Scott singing with his daughter, Ava.

Last week, Scott from the longtime Pittsburgh band, @theclarks, told me he was playing a benefit show tonight for the family of their guitarist, Rob.
Rob’s wife, Eileen, a nurse and mother to two girls, battled breast cancer last year and was now battling leukemia.

Join Scott TONIGHT at 8p ET for a special Live from the Blasement performance on The Clarks Facebook page to raise money for Rob’s family. All proceeds will go to their GoFundMe, which you can donate to here:

Tragically, Eileen passed away this morning. She leaves behind 10- and 13-year old daughters. Those poor girls.
Scott is playing tonight with a heavier heart to raise money for a GoFundMe to sustain the family through an incredibly tragic time.

After 11 years together as a band and countless life changing experiences, we’re so excited to finally share our story like it’s never been told before.

Watched Rivers and Roads on Amazon Prime today.
Loved it. Granted, I love these guys but it had the vicarious joy of a warm summer night, an outdoor venue, a crowd that knows the words, and a band you’re happy to see.

We really need to consider the possibility that there is a mass psychosis befalling public figures.
Maybe start lower, Noem.
Try to be smarter than, say, a rock or a turtle or something.

You’ve been a one-note trash bag of misogynist Clinton bashing for three decades.
Sit this one out, ma’am.
And, yes, @maureendowd, I am fully aware you follow me.
You are an ivory towered asshat shielded from people unflinchingly tell you the truth.
Contrary to the banal praise of your social circle, you are a weak writer and even worse thinker employed thanks only to privilege.
The New York Times is once again treating readers to shitty journalists compounding their vulgar failures with a titanium arrogance.
If a journalist is obnoxiously impervious to the request they someday do better, fire them.
Mike Pompeo has all the charm of a cold speculum.
Maureen Dowd wrote a column about how "the left" needs to figure out that journalism has no party, and all the journalists who spent four years dithering around Trumpian fascism, while conducting no self-reflection about their own industry, are now sharing it with smug enthusiasm

Democrats are back to trashing reporters after four years spent lionizing them. Normalcy has returned to Washington!

Last week, I asked if my back story was something people were interested in reading about.
The answer was a fairly overwhelming ‘yes’ so now I suppose I owe it to you to make good.
To be honest, I’ve struggled with this, so this may be a bumpy ride.
