Knowing that his successor opposes the death penalty, Donald Trump has rushed to execute as many people as possible before the transition. He has executed more individuals in weeks than had been federally executed in more than 60 years. Absolutely shameful. End the death penalty.
Lauren Boebert Thread 2:
Lauren Boebert’s mom, Shawn Bentz, posted a racist “things we hate” video rant complaining about “Mexicans” blasting “that hat music” from “lowrider truck[s].”
Is this accurate? Is this her mother?
I don't know, I guess the smart money is on the GOP gaining ground at the midterms, as the opposition party usually does. But one of the exceptions to that was 9/11, when the president's party gained ground in the midterms, and 1/6 resembles 9/11 in certain ways.
Three of the ten Republicans who voted to impeach are from states (CA & WA) with non-partisan primaries.
Why does this matter? They could get a challenger in the primary, still make it to the general, and win re-election by voters beyond their own party's most loyal base.
Thank you to these Republicans for putting country over party.

Kevin McCarthy voted less than a week ago to object to the electoral college results in AZ and PA.
Today he is leaning his entire anti-impeachment argument on how Biden won and is going to be president on January 20.
This is why beating Trump isn’t enough ... Trumpism must be routed out.

Yesterday as @realDonaldTrump dismissed the #COVID19 pandemic from the White House lawn, I made funeral arrangements for my wife's only brother.
He spent nearly a month on a ventilator which caused the underlying condition that led to his death.
#WeWillVote in honor of him.
