Good post and some good tips. I would`nt really bother with traffic exchanges as the traffic from them is pretty useless and as many bloggers use adsense these programs will get there accounts banned.

nice guide! you’re applying all of them? no wonder your alexa traffics is high! I’m using entrecard forum to boost my traffics plus others traffic exchange sites.

No, I dont use all of them. Now I use only entrecard, link exchanges, communities and forums and relationships to get visitors. Some visitors come from search engines. I have ca. 800 – 1500 visitors per day. More than 200 visitors come from entrecard.
