First Yahoo Board Member leaves

Edward Kozel, a member of Yahoo’s board of directors left Yahoo after eight years. His reason, that he want to spend more time with his family. But now the board of Yahoo is now reduced from 10 to 9 Members and it might have started that things seriously fall apart at Yahoo.
