Interesting. I plugged in the info for a couple of my sites, but I really don’t think I’d make enough on them to justify the time I spend setting up the system!
However, I may check this out for some of my websites, to advertise them. It seems pretty cost effective.

I’ve used it both as a publisher and an advertiser and I can tell you that I have been quite successful with it. I would suggest that you don’t buy too many low quality links though and Google might get suspicious.
